Have a great weekend - I'm off to Wyoming for Bighorn 100 this weekend and I'm excited to see some new pretty places, faces and trails. Yay for a road trip!

I've got to find something to replace the "party" panties. They say "Dancing Queen" across the backside! Amongst other things, I wore them to my knee surgery and they gave everyone in the Operating Room a chuckle.

All right...
Must...drive...to....Wyoming!

LOVE this blog. Where is the trail at the top? The one above the clouds. I want to jog it :-) maybe walk a bit too

I should have looked at Doone's comment of:

Run Smart = Run Well

....before I started Bighorn!!

Thanks for all of the good thoughts everybody and Happy Trails.

The photo of us running into the clouds is taken on Numa Pass, on the Rockwall Trail in Kootenay National Park. But the Rockwall Trail on your wishlist for "runs of a lifetime" because it's that good from start to finish.
